The training program is a weekend training meeting for teachers, class advisers, counselors and educational workers in general in schools and colleges. The program is an activity featured with domestic and foreign educational experts and the YTL contemporary youth education's training materials, which will be held throughout China in forms of training meeting, to spread the youth education.

　　The objective of this program is to equip the educational workers with the knowledge of how to help the youth live a healthy life and overcome various confusions in their adolescent period. The program will provide all the interested educational workers who wish to impose positive influence on their young students with help on courses, so as to make their class a place to communicate with their students heart to heart.

　　Using the <YTL contemporary youth education series> (teacher's version) as the training material, the program will achieve the following objectives:
1. Improve students' self-esteem and interpersonal skills, and help them establish a positive self-image and long-term friendships with others.
2. Prevent promiscuity, so as to reduce the rate of sexually transmitted diseases, juvenile pregnancy, and AIDS.
3. Acquaint the students with the dangers and harms of drugs, and teach them how to distance themselves from intoxication so as to reduce the drug abuse.
4. Help the youth with their personal character development, and make them to face the problems in growing-up, marriage and family etc maturely.

　　From 2005-2006, the program has been held 13 times successfully with more than 2,000 trainees in total.
